A little makeover with help from Business Link Pacific has proven to benefit Dynasty Tours & Travels in a massive way.
Dynasty’s Director, Ms Hriday Daswaney says she is thankful to BLP for the diagnosis of their business and advising on areas where the business could improve whilst tourism is at a standstill.
We decided to do a business Health Check on the BLP portal to see which key areas we were doing well in and which we were not so efficient in.
After the initial BLP Health Check, which gave our team a report identifying the priority areas, one of which was marketing in terms of our website development, we were then connected with an advisor who helped us re-build the site,” says Ms Hriday.

BLP was able to cover 50% of the advisory services to re-build the new website and connect the Dynasty team with marketing experts who have helped them get new campaigns up and running across the website and social media.
Ms Hariday says she is thankful to BLP and the New Zealand Governments Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade for subsiding part of the service fee to get the website developed.
Given the current pandemic, Ms Hariday says business has been incredibly tough but is certain that once the borders of other countries start to open many clients will be using their new website to travel to Fiji.
As soon as travels start, this platform will prove to be very beneficial as anyone around the world regardless of their time zone can access our website and do their bookings and pay for everything online within a few minutes without having to reach out to us,” says Ms Hariday.
Ms Hariday feels that in order for a business to truly develop and get better with time they should consult professionals to give them the right advice on how to improve and become more efficient.
Sometimes we are so content with the way we have been doing business that we get a little complacent and too comfortable.
It is only when we are outside of our comfort zone and listen to other experts that we can truly see great change,” she says.
