‘Coming out the other side’ as a better Tourism SME

This webinar is hosted by Jennifer Bartlett, Business Consultant for BLP.  Although the recovery of the tourism sector remains uncertain and out of a business’ control, this webinar looks at things tourism SMEs in the Pacific can do during this period to prepare for the future.

Jennifer explores ideas that can help tourism businesses ‘come out the other side’ even stronger, with for example, a better product/service, more productive processes, or diversified offerings/audiences.
