BLP Concessional Loans

BLP Partners with Financial Institutions across the region to offer access to concessionary lending products to viable SMEs.

The BLP concessional loans are designed to unlock access to SME finance at genuine concessional interest rates, through a range of banks and financial institutions across the Pacific Islands that are partnering with BLP.

BLP offers SMEs  the opportunity to mix and match financial support. Eligible SMEs can access subsidized advisory support for assisting with loan applications with partners, while using grants as loan equity towards BLP concessionary loan products, or to access other commercial loan products.
