Approvals

Both grant and subsidy proposals are reviewed by BLP based on the following criteria:

• Provides a compelling and viable description of what the service or project covers and why it is needed, including how the project will achieve strong returns and impacts.
• Details how the service or project will be implemented and shows adequate consideration of the activities, timelines and resourcing required.
• Describes how the project represents value for money, improves business performance and efficiencies, increases employment and other impacts.
• Presents how the project contributes to business growth, innovation, access to finance, and investment in social inclusion and/or climate adaptation, adaptation, mitigation.
